Another angel in the bureaucracy of Heaven!
Balthial is the angel of forgiveness, so I made him look like a therapist.

He’s quite goofy and dorky, that why his hair is always messy and he’s got a fluffy mustache. When angels are struggling with humanity, Balthial offers them a nice cup of tea and teaches them breathing exercises. He also runs a Sunrise Yoga class on Tuesdays! :)
I really wanted to give him a skirt since other angels in the show are seen in skirts and kilts. They still have to look business formal though, so he’s still got a suit jacket. The feather in his quill is from his best friend gazardiel!
