They are quiet, move slowly, and often offer wisdom to lesser demons. Since all demons in Good Omens have stereotypically unappealing animal/reptile/bug companions, I structured Allocer's character and costume design around a raccoon.
I wanted to create a Demon/Angel pair that was not romantic like the couples seen in the television show, so I made Allocer as a companion to Abbadon, the Destroyer Angel. Allocer loves them like a parent loves a child, and they get along really well as a sweet-but-deadly duo!
